Terms

KayDreamFit will do its best to outfit you in a perfect fit and timely delivered suit for your upcoming competition.  Upon your order and sending in your measurements and photos we will correspond with you to confirm your order and your delivery date.

We have been outfitting Bodybuilding, Fitness and Figure Athletes for the past 14 years with a 100% Customer Satisfaction rate.

If you receive your suit and are not happy with the fit, contact us within 10 days  of receiving the suit to discuss what concerns you have on the fit and we will confirm if simple adjustments can be done.  If so then mail the suit back to us asap, we will do the necessary changes and ship back (at our expense) within 24 hours of receiving the suit.

Please honour the sanitary rule of using a pad (supplied with order) while trying on your suit in case we do need to do any alterations or returns.

Once your order is confirmed (material choice, connectors and cut) your order is non refundable*.  If your competition date (delivery deadline) has changed, we will keep on file your order and your credit for one year from postpone date.

If you wish to cancel your order all together before shipping you will either be refunded 50% of your order cost or can keep the credit on file for one year.

*if you are not satisfied with quality and workmanship and can prove the faults we will refund you your money in full (minus the shipping).  Product must be returned without any stains or evidence of use or refund will be null (bikini bite or tanning stains).

Shoes and Jewelry are all non-refundable.
